I’m Julie, a certified Mind/Body practitioner specializing in Surgery Preparation. I help my clients reduce anxiety, promote faster healing, and minimize the need for medication through personalized guided meditation and visualization. My approach is designed to support you before, during, and after surgery—so you can feel calm, confident, and in control every step of the way. This work is my passion, and it would be an honor to support you on your surgical journey!

Surgery Preparation Sessions
Feel calm, grounded, and empowered heading into surgery. This one-hour personalized session is designed to ease anxiety, accelerate healing, and reduce the need for medication after your procedure. You’ll receive a guided meditation audio, created just for you, that you can return to again and again — before, during, and after surgery.

relax & Rejuvenate with group guided meditation
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly in “go mode”?
This calming group experience offers a chance to pause, reset, and breathe. Julie will lead you through a gentle guided meditation and visualization designed to quiet your mind and relax your body. Whether you're with friends, coworkers, or family, this hour-long session is a private, peaceful escape—and a powerful way to release stress and reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with simple tools to carry that peace forward.

$200 for up to 5 people, +$35 per additional person
