I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the unknown.
When I was preparing for the birth of my first child, I turned to meditation and visualization through hypnobirthing and discovered just how powerful the mind-body connection can be. Years later, facing surgery of my own, I returned to those practices, blending them with the methods I now teach. The result was transformative: I felt calm going into surgery, needed far less pain medication than expected, and healed faster than I imagined possible.
That experience changed me. It lit a fire to help others navigate the anxiety and uncertainty that often come with surgery and medical challenges—because I know how grounding and healing this work can be.
Today, I guide others through this process with compassionate support and mind-body tools that truly work. My commitment to this path runs deep; I am currently expanding my expertise through Harvard Medical School's program, Lifestyle Medicine: Tools for Promoting Healthy Change. There, I’m learning evidence-based strategies to help individuals initiate and sustain healthy behaviors, so I can continue providing the highest level of support to my clients.
